PROFILE OF THE NEW SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT BUHARI ON YOUTH & SUDENTS AFFAIRS – NASIR SA’IDU ADHAMA
Mr Nasir Sa'idu Adhama is the newly appointed Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs. Mr. Adhama has been a grassroot mobilizer and an ardent supporter of President Buhari throughout his political journey. His unwavered support, unparalleled loyalty to the President and belief in the Buhari Change Agenda has kept him close to Mr President.
An old ally of the President, Mr Adhama has been an entrepreneur, industrialist and philanthropist throughout his adult life.
In the political sphere, he was National Youth Coordinator of the Buhari/Okadigbo Presidential Campaign in 2002/2003 and a one time Candidate of the CPC for membership of Kano State House of Assembly in 2011. Mr Adhama has been active in politics, right from his school days.

An Engineer by training and an entrepreneur by nature, with expertise in managing manufacturing value chain, mining and trade, the SSAP also comes from a lineage of industrialists. His grandfather owns one of the oldest mines/quarry in Kano State and his father established the oldest Textile Manufacturing Company in Kano - Adhama Textiles Ltd. His family textile business used to be the largest private employer of labour in Kano and at one time, almost competed with the State Government in terms of size of their employees.
Mr Adhama has always exhibited his aversion for paid employment after his education as he never believed in white-collar jobs. He always believed in self-employment and entrepreneurship, and had never looked back.

ReplyDeleteObasi IBB was a fmr cordinator of NANS Zone B 2012/13, he constest for NANS Presidency last year and he lost. Presently he his not holding any office in NANS

Good day every one on this page. Please is there any way nans can help protect student ot nigeria from been pursued from there institutions? Because right now bayero university kano is about to pursue some of its student even after graduating, saying that there was irregularities found with there admission, meaning some of the students ssce were not found online while some of them submitted results that were remarked by exams board after release which so are later found released with deficiency after been offered admission, i believe they can be help requesting a mercy from the school so as to let those with another replaceable one to replace such as neco with waec or waec with neco or nabteb. Or let those who dont have it go and resit for it so that they can collect there results
